The Thanksgiving Day 5K Turkey Trot is one of Project ECHO’s most treasured events. From 2012 to 2019, we ran our 5K along Prince Frederick Boulevard with a start and finish at The Arc of Southern Maryland; in 2020, we went virtual; in 2021, we ran this race on the Cross Country Track Team Trail at The Calverton School in Huntingtown; and in 2022, we found a new home for Project ECHO’s Turkey Trot at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum in Saint Leonard. To all the runners, walkers, and Turkey Trotters who have spent their Thanksgiving mornings with us, we are so grateful for you!
